
Non-exempt hourly partners working 20 or more hours per week (40 or more hours per pay period for partners paid bi-weekly) and exempt Store General Managers use Paid Time Off (PTO) for vacation, personal time and incidental sick days. You start earning PTO based on your paid hours on your four-month anniversary date. Paid hours include regular time, overtime, PTO, sick leave, bereavement, jury duty and voting time.
