Exempt partners, except exempt Store General Managers, use Open Time Off to take time off for vacation, personal time and incidental personal illness. Open Time Off provides you with more flexibility, because it eliminates the accrual of time off.
Eligible partners do not need to track exact hours worked and are afforded a certain amount of flexibility in arranging their schedule. You don’t need to earn Open Time Off and there is no annual limit. Before approving Open Time Off requests, managers will consider business needs and departmental coverage.
