You can connect with a Teladoc physician from anywhere—home, work or on the road. Teladoc doctors diagnose nonemergency medical problems, recommend treatment and can even call in certain prescriptions to your pharmacy.
Behavioral health visits through Teladoc are also available with a psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker or licensed therapist for anxiety, grief, depression and more.

Behavioral Health Visits
If you are age 18 or older, you can speak to licensed therapists, psychiatrists, and mental health professionals who can help you manage addiction, depression, stress or anxiety, domestic abuse, grief, and more. Mental health appointments are available from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. local time, 7 days a week.
Once your Teladoc account is set up, you can schedule a mental health appointment which must be scheduled in advance, and can be set up online. To schedule a behavioral health appointment:
- Register for Teladoc by following the instructions above.
- Go to www.teladoc.com/bsc and login to your account.
- Request a behavioral health visit and complete a short intake form.
- Select your provider and complete the emotional health questionnaire. Choose the top three appointment times that are best for you.
- Request for your appointment.
If you enrolled in the Collective Health Value or Enhanced PPO, your cost is $0. If you are enrolled in the Collective Health HSA Plan, Teladoc visits are subject to your deductible. Once you meet the deductible, your cost is $0.
