Employee Assistance Program

Petco’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to all partners and their family members. The EAP provides access to in-person or telephonic counseling for a variety of issues. Administered by ComPsych and paid by Petco, the EAP offers up to five 50-minute confidential counseling sessions per issue per plan year as well as referrals.

Get help with drug or alcohol dependency, emotional problems, stress, relationship issues, legal or financial concerns and more. Other services include health and wellness articles and resources, and child and elder care referrals. All Petco partners and family members are eligible and can access EAP services by calling ComPsych at the telephone number below or by visiting the website.
