Annual open enrollment for your 2022 Petco benefits is October 25 through November 13. Open Enrollment begins October 25 and ends November 13, 2021. This is your once-a-year opportunity to think about your benefits and decide if they still match your needs or if you want to make changes for the next plan year which begins February 1, 2022.

There will be no plan or coverage changes going into 2022. However, there are a few updates we want you to know about.

What you need to know

Petco continues to invest to keep our health plans affordable and to make it easy for you and your family to get the care you need.

• Same choices and coverage options that are available today with no plan changes.
• No increase in health plan rates for the 3rd consecutive year.
• Most plans will see a rate decrease or no change in rates in 2022.

Take action by November 13, 2021 to enroll in a new plan, make changes to your current coverage, or enroll in a flexible spending account.

This open enrollment will be passive, meaning you only need to take action during open enrollment for the following reasons:

• When enrolling in benefits or making changes to your current coverages.
• If adding or dropping dependent(s) from your plan.
• If you choose to contribute to a health care or dependent care flexible spending account in 2022.
  • You must enroll/re-enroll in FSAs each year.
